Bundle Guard is provided by 2SMART4YOU, SASU with share capital of EUR 6,000, registered with the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register under number 999 276 835, SIRET 999 276 835 00017, with its registered office at 16 rue de la Treille, 13170 Les Pennes-Mirabeau, France. Service

Bundle Guard provides read-only health checks for eligible native fixed bundles using catalogue and aggregate inventory data supplied by Shopify. The app highlights detected component status, image and inventory risks. It does not create bundles, manage inventory, change prices or alter storefront or checkout behaviour.

Eligibility and compatibility

The service is intended for professional Shopify merchants using an Shopify store with eligible native fixed bundles. Custom bundle systems, mix-and-match offers and build-your-own bundles are outside the service scope. Inventory estimates use the aggregate values and policies exposed by Shopify and do not diagnose inventory by location. The merchant remains responsible for reviewing warnings and validating catalogue or inventory changes.

Subscription and cancellation

Current pricing, trial information and billing frequency are shown on the Shopify App Store listing and Shopify's approval screen. Charges are created and collected by Shopify. The merchant may cancel by uninstalling the app or using the billing controls made available by Shopify. Access continues according to Shopify's billing rules for the current period; no prorated refund is due unless required by law or expressly offered.

Merchant obligations

• Use the app only for products and content the merchant is authorised to publish.
• Keep Shopify product, inventory and bundle configurations accurate.
• Review detected issues before making material catalogue changes.
• Comply with applicable consumer, accessibility and product-information laws.

Availability and support

2SMART4YOU uses reasonable care to keep the service available and secure but does not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, Shopify platform changes or third-party incidents may temporarily affect the app. Support requests sent to contact@2smart4you.fr are normally answered within two French business days.

Intellectual property

The app, interface, code and Bundle Guard branding remain the property of 2SMART4YOU or its licensors. The merchant retains all rights in its catalogue, images, product names and storefront content. The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app during the active term.

Liability

Each party remains liable for direct loss caused by its breach. To the extent permitted in a business-to-business relationship, 2SMART4YOU is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or a failure caused by Shopify, a theme, network or third-party service outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and data

Uninstalling the app ends its storefront service. Bundle Guard deletes its Shopify session data and latest health snapshot on uninstall and final shop-redaction. Catalogue data remains in Shopify and is governed by the merchant's Shopify account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. For disputes between businesses that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts of Aix-en-Provence, France, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules that provide otherwise.
